Catch-A-Predator is developed by Red Stapler Inc., a nonprofit organization founded by a retired U.S. state trooper with extensive experience in digital forensics and crimes involving the sexual exploitation of children.

 

The organization was created to provide globally accessible tools that support awareness and child safety without tracking, surveillance, or enforcement activities.
